The zeitgeist was trying to sell them as equivalent to the gas attacks the day after the tomahawk strikes to draw the US further into the conflict in Syria. This kinda silenced that concerted effort.

Netpackrat, IANAL, but I tried pointing that out in the initial thread. They dont define boarding in the contract, at least nit the one linked. What I found interesting is a couple of things. The airlines operate in Europe. European regulations define boarded as on the plane and its closed and going. There are no definitions in the FAA regs for boarded. So the airlines used to the euro defintions act like it is the definition here. Links to...

I have read elsewhere that a passenger is not boarded until the doors are closed. I don't know what the law on this is though. Speaking of the law I doubt any case law is going to come from this. United is probably drafting settlements as we speak. Thats not in the contract that was linked here. I ...

Any or all of them unless you have done something wrong, or violated some posted rule, though in practical terms expressing your disagreement with the wrongful ejection is best done in court, after. French troops are brave good fighters. The problem for The French is thay spent all their military leadership talent as a nation on one man. Charles Martel. He did save western civilization though. Amazing skill.
Thus the axiom, the french win when theyre not led by a frenchman.
