I think you're off by at least one order of magnitude. Well, considering the Hiroshima nuke was roughly 16 kt(Little Boy), and the current warheads on our SSBN missles(up to 8 per missle) are 450 kt, do you have any idea what I'm discussing? Well I do want to make sure we get it ALL, but I have to ...

What bothers me about this is that, as has been noted before, it is extremely unlikely that this is the first time this officer has done this kind of thing. It also is unlikely to be the first complaint, and therefore unlikely to have been the first complaint. It is nearly unthinkable that his super...

I always thought it was a shitty name anyway. The real issue will be getting all the members notified of a new name, if Chris decides to retaliate through it. There is this: I've been a cop for a long, long time, and I've never known a newspaper or TV station to get a crime story right. Sensational, yeah, but right? No. That goes for all stories about crime, whether the cop is the bad guy or the good guy . Sometimes I'd read about a case I was working, h...

From what I've read, this does actually work, but how does one even come up with "fecal transplants" as a treatment for anything? "Here, take a dump in this bucket. We'll shove it down the patient's throat and see if that fixes the problem."

I've seen it claimed on certain sites and forums that once Ebola starts popping up regularly in Western countries, there will be a cure available in weeks. Because then it will be profitable to make one. So there's really no need for alarm, and the faster it spreads to Europe and US, the faster the...

An actual fake tower means: A) You have a fraudulent company buy the land B) It arranged the proper permits C) Has been paying the taxes D) hired the tower erection company Etc, etc, etc. Not all that hard - perhaps barring the erection company, but involved. Also extremely expensive. Someone has a...
