No, just like any religious zealots, they are firmly convinced, in their own minds, that they are on the side of the angels. Or, since they have disavowed God, that they are on "the right side of history." Therefore, anything they do is True and Good, and those who oppose, or even question...

To play a bit of devil's advocate... for the pope.... is there anything to his message here other than war is bad? The SJW crowd convienently ignores the fact that, and the original op-ed writers point out, anyone, of any racial/ethnic group, can adopt what they call "bourgeois values" (more accurately Nortthwest European Protestant/Callvinist values) and be successful. The most prominent example of th...

If you apply that formula - remove the largest one or two urban (and thus massively Democrat) counties, and the GOP candidate probably wins the state. Take away Multnomah county, or Cook county, or the Beltway part of Virginia and the Dems no longer own those states. CA, NY, NJ, and the Acela Corrid...

If the existing sight uses a standard dovetail, it's a pretty quick and easy job. Probably his base minimum hourly rate + cost of the replacement sight, unless you're providing the replacement. If it's not a standard dovetail, and he has to do machining to fit, then it's going to cost a good bit more.
